We are soooo excited to be shooting our good friends, Jeremy & Vanessa’s wedding in January!  We’ve known them both for a while (even before they knew each other!) They just fit so well together, and we couldn’t be happier for them.  We had a gorgeous evening for sunset engagement photos, we can not wait for the wedding!

We ran around like little kids picking our rides, playing the games. Dan actually broke a beer bottle for a prize then he managed to turn completely upside down in the crazy house!  They rocked the bumper cars and took the spinning rides like champs.  I think these guys are carnival pros!

It just happened last night so as soon as we get a chance we’ll get a video up.  But I wanted to let everyone know and post some of the photos we shot of the day and of course a shot of the ring!

This couple was  walking by just after Bret proposed.  They are on a 2 1/2 month road trip from Canada.  They listed a ton of places they had already been and said they were just driving until they found cool places to stop.  They had no idea what they were getting into when we asked them to take a picture of us.   Bret set everything up and told him exactly how to shoot it and had him take several photos.  They were so nice and patient and we told them we were so excited about just being engaged, and since they were so nice to take our photo so many times we would return the favor for them.

Well, here they got a little memento of their stop in Dallas.

img_0132Really and truly I am so blessed to have Bret in my life.  I know for certain that I am actually the luckiest girl alive, and I am absolutely thrilled about spending the rest of my life with him.

Andy is SO FUNNY! and so much in love with Beth.  Not that I blame him.  Not only is she GORGEOUS, She is super fun. They had no trouble doing what ever to get a shot!  It was a blast!   Their wedding is coming up this April at the Hickory Street Annex, and Bret and I are super excited!

We also did our first ever engagement video which will be posted soon! In the mean time here are some of my favorite shots from the day.

And with such a fun couple to shoot I know it’s going to be awesome!
