To wrap up our outback excursion, we first stopped by an old town where schools were first set up. Our camp was just a few miles from there, and on the way to it we drove by a few wild horses feeding on the side of the road! Our camp for the last night was next to a Joey Rescue Program (young kangaroos whose mom’s died before they were mature enough to survive on their own) where we got to feed some kangaroos, who are the cutest things ever. And to bring our camping trip to a close, we went on one final trek through a few chasms that were pretty impressive, and offered a challenging climb at times.
