Ok well I guess it’s not actually here yet, but we are so excited to have up our Christmas decorations. We went and got a tree the weekend of Halloween. As we were checking out Bret said. “Let’s go home and put it up now!” I managed to talk him into putting it off a little longer, but neither one of us could take it anymore. So I put together a Christmas music playlist, and filled the apartment with the aroma of home baked pumpkin bread, (which was very tasty) and we put up our tree and decorated the apartment. I’d still like to do a couple of things (like get A & B stockings for the fireplace) but I’m pretty happy with the way it looks.
I was so excited about hanging the ornaments from our painted tree.
My glass was making a cool reflection of the tree. It was really cool to look at. I almost didn’t want to drink my wine. Almost.
