One of the things I love the most about doing in home family portraits is how I get to capture the every day things about being a kid. I’ve gotten to know Hilary a little better in the last few weeks since she and I are planning my best friend Renee’s Baby Shower together. It has been so much fun, and I was honored when she said she wanted me to do a family portrait for them.
I promised Keneda if she was good that I would give her a special treat. I had almost as much fun as she did with it! 
It was kind of a long day and the extreme heat and humidity didn’t help. At the very end Keneda found herself in timeout. It didn’t last too long, though, and she was back to her giant lollipop.
